Rainy Day Spider Solitaire a card will freeze

Rainy day is freezing up 1 card.  Can't move it or put cards on top of it.  Does it in Classic as well as the new version.  Very annoying!  All you can do is click on New Game.

I figured something out!

But I want a job there before I tell you what the problem is.

Rainy Day Spider Solitaire "Ghost Cards"

Certain cards are like ghost cards!  When you try to move the card, it  doesn't move and my mouse doesn't even recognize that it's there.  You can move cards above it, the "ghost card" just stays there. It is not an extra card, it is part of the full deck. This new problem affects the actual playing cards, it's not like when you cannot scratch a bonus card. When you get down to one column of cards you cannot play further, since you can't move the cards. Very frustrating!!! I play on "easy", using Firefox browser. Tried Safari just to test that browser result, same problem.  Compatibility Scan shows no problem to account for this. I have encountered this problem the last 5 days or so.  Also, found this same topic addressed in the Forum, with no response from the moderators as of today.

Yesterday I played one hand with no problem, then 2 hands in a row were not playable due to this problem. No sense trying to play this game, one of my favorites, when you can't complete a game! 

What I figured out was not actually the case though. I thought that maybe the card would freeze if you make an animation happen then quickly select another card. But this is not consistent.

this happens on both my trackpad on my MacBook Air as well as on my mouse and trackpad on my Dell laptop. 

iPad using chrome...card freezing started fairly recently. Both classic and new versions.

Your HD Rainy Day  is getting stuck when u moved the cards in rows, needs fixing

not only does the card freeze but you lose all the points for the game and have to start a new game. Frustrating as this is a more challenging game for the mind then some  of the other games that don't require a lot of thinking.

One interesting thing is...

Let's say the second card you touch turns dead. If you click the undo button twice then click the new game button, the game asks if you want to start a new game. In normal play, if no moves have been made (or you undo until no moves have been played) then the game just deals the new cards without asking you if you want to start a new game.
