It is not my banking provider due to I have been using the same one for years and can purchase off my cell phone gems but not computer anymore

I would recommend speaking with them in case the charge is being intentionally stopped by their system.
However, you can also reach out to our support to see if they can see the attempted orders and if there is additional information.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
- Select the See all help topics
- Select the option I want to check my order status
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

I have been trying to purchase some Pogo Gems for the past week and keep getting told not available, try again later. I have gone in and edited my payments methods, which were just fine and retried, and still get the same inability to purchase gems. Is something going on with this? What can I do. Please advise.
I have never had a problem with purchasing Gems in Pogo until this weekend. EA fails after 24 hrs and Paypal is still awaiting completion of the order. 3 advisors later and still no resolution. Last advisor tells me to put it on the forum. I do not believe this is proper customer service to make me have to report an issue again for the 4th time. EA and Paypal says issue is with the other. Oh and of course, you cannot talk to anyone on the phone!!! Other advisor says just do straight from credit card. Sure and forsake security!!
Just let it sit and do not do anything. I believe it can sit in pending for about 30 days, then PayPal will cancel it as unclaimed.
This happened to me a few years ago and I just cancelled the transaction after a few weeks, to try again. Big mistake, within 24 hours Pogo/EA suspended my account for canceling a transaction, which violates their rules. Ugh.
Took me another week of speaking to several people to explain I didn't even receive the gems yet! Whatever you do just don't cancel it with PayPal.
