Yes, thank you. To double-check, are you trying to edit it from your EA account portal? Here's how to navigate to there to check:

1. Go to your EA Account and Billing Settings.
2. Click on the About Me tab. 
3. Click Edit next to Email Address to update your email that we have on file.
   1. We’ll ask you to verify your identity before the edit can be saved as a security measure. Please select Send Security Code, then enter the code we send to your email.

We'd recommend using an email address that you’ll always have access to. Private email domains, like email addresses from school or work, might expire when you graduate or leave your company. Free providers, like Yahoo or Gmail, let you recover your account and password more easily if you ever need to.

The problem is that I can't do this in my personal account. The code arrives, but the website does not allow you to change the email address. Returns an error - the mail is incorrect. I've tried different emails, but the result is the same.

i see live chat option but when i filled up nothing hapenned and no push up window with chat. Also i can't add phone number to my account and cases with this problems not creating in my account
