Re: losing my "won" scores in Canasta

WE have on many occasions have we expressed our frustrations with the scoring system. How it is so programmed no one advances to intermediate and if you do no one will be joining as there are so few!  The background while host is so dark and the third player is behind a screen once 4th player joins. Why didn’t you keep the old format?  We could see the tables available the ratings of each player before you joined. Blocking someone isn’t the answer if you’re being stalked harassed etc as they have access to your table and can say whatever they please and you can’t see what they are saying. Has any of your programmers ever try and play the game of canasta ???
