Hey there, @krishna328. I'd love to look into this for you.
Are you able to load any other levels in Mahjong Sanctuary, such as the Daily puzzle?
Let's also try some basic troubleshooting to start to see if it helps improve loading of the level for you. Can you try clearing your browser cache? Please let me know how it goes for you.

I am having the same problem with Level 431. I am using Firefox, Windows 10 and I have cleared cache, cookies, etc. to no avail. I have also attempted to play from the old site and on Chrome. It doesn't make any difference. I got it to load once from the new site by choosing games, mahjong, then mahjong sanctuary. When I failed to solve the puzzle and retry, it locks up with 999 showing in the moves. In fact, I have had it show 999 in the moves when it first opens the puzzle and then "blipped" to real number for the moves available. Two of us play this game in our house, and my partner got through 431 quite awhile back but has run into levels in the Artic Biome that lock up in the same way - mostly when there were vines to cut. Something is going on with Sanctuary that has happened fairly recently for this to be locking up and we have found no way to consistently find a work around...and we shouldn't have to. Is there anyone looking into this? Thanks
I am having this very same issue on level 431....it is becoming quite frustrating- I have closed out my computer and restarted Pogo, then the game, and sometimes I get to play it one time and when I do not win and try to restart it, it is that same old 999 business and nothing works. I use Chromium to play and all the other games I play are working fine...there is a problem with Mahong Sanctuary that needs to be fixed!
