Manhjong Sanctuary

Every time I have played Mahjong Sanctuary at the end of the game I run out of matches. I have tried restarting my computer and of course that doesn't help either. I have scrambled the game too.

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

Hi there!    

This seems to be an issues with more than this one noted below for me.   It can be repeated for me easily and it's as noted here.   It happens with the rain dropping tiles then you end up not having matches for the last 2-4 tiles (it varies) and if you try to use a Joker to get rid of them, it won't allow it.     

Our systems are Win 10 using Chrome and Firefox, both updated.   I haven't tried it on a pad yet.

Strangely in the level I'm on, during the last 3 storm drops, the screen playing field (not my full screen) goes all black and doesn't drop anything, but you can hear the storm.  Very strange.   So, until this is fixed , my wife and I both can't get past 975.

PREVIOUS NOTE ON THIS ISSUE:  
 

This is a technical issue that needs to be fixed. I end up with 2-4 unmatchable tiles and can't finish. I've tried multiple times, different browsers and still can't do it.

My wife was able and came down to ONE unmatchable tile and dropped it to a space, and the game completed.

One note: she didn't use any powerups and I had to (extra slot and a shuffle) just to get to the end of the game, but it's still uncompleted for ME , but worked for HER .

Then at the end I try to use a Joker and it won't let me select those tiles. I just can't get rid of them at all. (see screen shots)

I'm stuck. What's up pogo? Please fix level 975.

With these last two tiles there's no matches and right here you can see I've tried activating a Joker, but it greys out the two tiles and I can't get rid of them by any means.
