Re: Merge Academy

I'm STILL having issues with Merge. It's a blank white screen when I try to play. It has been over a week. This is not ok when I pay the subscription and I can't complete my challenges.

    Hello again! Sorry about the delayed response and thank you for answering about being on an Apple Device!

    🍎 Apple devices can be a bit tricky with browser-based games like Pogo. Safari and other browsers on iPads and Macs have tighter restrictions that sometimes interfere with game loading. This isn’t a flaw — it’s part of Apple’s focus on privacy and system integrity. 

    However, a few things have happened over the last week.

    1. They added a new icon in Merge Academy, now under our customers there is an icon of the shop alerting us that a piece of their order can be found in the shop. Why does this matter - the computer language changed, and this could interfere on how your device once knew the game and cause a failed load aka white screen = blocked.
    2. . The second issue is that we are in the middle of a pivotal and historic time in technology - Windows 10 ending - Windows 11 and Apple devices at the same time are receiving very heavy updates and patches regarding security, graphics, loading and so much more.

     

    Apple released iOS 26.1, macOS Tahoe 26.1, and more, bringing:

    • Liquid Glass toggle for improved visual clarity and accessibility.
    • Slide Over multitasking enhancements across iPadOS and macOS.
    • Background Security Improvements, replacing Rapid Security Response for seamless patching.
    • A critical zero-day vulnerability was patched in ImageIO, affecting millions of devices.
    • Apple is also phasing out older HomeKit architecture by February 2026, pushing users to upgrade for stability and compatibility.
    • Security and AI technology are also front and center. 

     

    With major updates like these - patches for these updates are known to follow, so keep an eye out now and for the next month or so for more updates.
