Re: mini edit in classic pogo is not showing up on new pogo

Hey there, @dae2050.

I took a look at your profile both on Pogo Classic and on the new Pogo experience and they do show different Minis. Let's see if we can figure out what's going on.

First try editing your avatar on the new Pogo experience. Try changing it to one of the premade avatars, and then back to your Mini to see if it refreshes with the new Mini.

If it is still showing the old Mini instead of the new one, try editing your Mini itself by adding a goodie or other item, to see if that pushes an update on the new Pogo experience side.

Please give those a try and let me know how it goes for you.

    Hey there, @dae2050. I'm just checking in. Did the steps I provided help get your new Mini on the new Pogo experience?

    I just got an email that said I had a response.  Thank you for responding.  I have to say, however, that I did not try any of those solutions.  I just logged in yesterday 9/1/20 and the issue was fixed.  So I can't really say if the advise you gave me would work.  I will keep the email with your suggestions for when it happens again. Notice I said for when it happens again, it will happen again, that is for sure. Thank you, dae2050

    Hi, no worries about the length of time to reply.  Your response is the fastest I have received, and that include answers from all of the stores I have emailed about orders, including but not limited to the big "A", the Q and the BedBB, and forget my grocery store and the cart thing, they never responded.  So keep up the good work.
