My bank is stating that I paid for my yearly subscription to Pogo on 5/13/23. My account was hacked in June. I filed a dispute with my cc due to my cc information being stored on Pogo. When I got my account back in my name I was banned due to the dispute. I cancelled the dispute, and they put the charge back on my card. There was never a refund from EA. They still had my payment from May. So there is no reason whatsoever that I should not be able to access my paid account. EA has my payment for the year. If EA wants me to pay to reactivate my account then they need to refund my May payment. I should not have to pay twice.
