Wanted to check if you are still having issues with getting into Pogo, as @Moogan1201 stated EA support does not charge for support assistance and we do not install items on your computer to play Pogo Games.
It sounds like you may have gotten a false message for a third-party support group that we do not support or partner with.
I will say if you got a new PC, you may have updates for Windows, device drivers, and your browser to function correctly (when trying to play Pogo games, which you can download for free) but if you are attempting to sign in the message you get should be something along the lines of:
"The account credentials are invalid or have expired..."
In which case you can try resetting your password or contacting an advisor HERE. (again free to contact advisor we will not require you to pay)
