Re: not getting credit for games played on pogo daily sudoku

I have played past and present medium level games on Pogo Daily Sudoku and still not getting the green dot next to the B or any credit.  This is the last challenge left for me to do for the badge marathon. Please advise.

    Hey there, @twrd496. 

    I know you tried this before, but it has helped a lot of people with the recent challenge. Let's try again with deactivating the challenge.

    Can you activate another Mix n' Match badge for the game? A different Mix n' Match challenge than the one you selected before. You don't have to play any of it, just make sure that the challenge shows up under the B shield to show that the new Mix n' Match is active. After that, try activating the marathon badge again from the badge marathon page.

    I did as instructed and this time it asked me to de-activate the badge 10 from the Badge marathon which is the problem one.  I completed another Mix N Match and then re-activated the badge 10. This time I got the green dot on the B and completed it successfully, albeit a week late.

    I am not getting credit on the Daily Sudoku medium challenge. I activated another badge for Daily Sudoku medium challenge. After I won I checked the B icon for the progress. I got credited for the other Badge but not the Daily Challenge.
