I report them all the time, and i see them in lobby trying to open a table. So things are not getting fixed, this never happened until EA took over POGO. Please fix it takes all the fun out of playing fairly.

EA does need to try to resolve this. I've seen people reporting other players crashing and freezing multiplayer games for a long time. When is someone going to take action to discourage this type of behavior? The best way is stop someone from doing this is to ban that person from Pogo permanently by preventing anyone using their IP address from playing at Pogo. This will prevent someone from using multiple accounts with the same IP address to continue to freeze games at Pogo. At first warnings and account suspensions can be given, but eventually they need to be banned.
This is why I play with Bots. The game freezes on me constantly but I quit, go to the canasta selection and it lets me rejoin my table...frustrating but I love canasta and find if I do the game as I described I get to play. iqgsfaninJax
