Re: Pogo Daily Sudoku

I'm now seeing this problem.  t noticed it after I completed the trophy puzzle, the first 4 of the other puzzles, and was in the middle of the Expert puzzle when, yet again, I got the idle warning and had to reload the page (another bug prevents me from continuing normally when I get an idle in Daily Sudoku which does not occur in other games; normally, I can continue at about the same place as I left off; sometimes, I have to start the current game over).  When I came back in, the Hard wasn't shown as done.  I replayed it and then played the Expert level and quit for the night.  Today, when I came in, I found the Hard and Expert not done again.

I normally play every day and, like others here, do all 6 puzzles each day.  I checked my point total for the month and saw that it did not include the points for those two levels either.

Today, I played the trophy puzzle and the Beginner hand Easy for today;  I timed out again and when I came back, I found them undone.  I took screenshots of the calendar and they show the Beginner completed and then, later, not completed; they also show my point total increasing and then decreasing.

I am running on a MacBook Pro and rebooted yesterday for a software upgrade.  This problem may have shown up at about that time, but maybe afterwards.  I'm running current software:

  • MacOS Ventura 13.4.1
  • Firefox 114.0.2

    Any progress on this?  Every day, I go in and check if it remembered my game from the day before.  And I play a game for it to maybe remember the next day.  For all of July, I have 0 stars.  After I finish my one game for the day, it shows 3 stars.  The next day, it's back to 0.  If you go back to June and previous, you'd see every game was done prior to June 26, for many months.  Like earlier problems, this is one a lot of people have had.  Oddly, it's not consistent.  A lot of people started seeing this in early May, for example.  Many more started seeing it in June.  At this point, I only know of two people who don't see it; there's far more who do.

    Clearing caches and switching browsers did not help.

    Please fix this!

  • I keep doing the pogo daily sudoku puzzles and when I go back into the game, it keeps showing the day as locked and no credit was given. This has happened since Pogo was down for several hours on June 13th, 2023. This is very frustrating and if this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm not sure if I'll renew my Pogo membership. 

  • I have been having and continue to have the same problem since June 27. I have pleaded for help to get this issue corrected but none to date has addressed the problem.

    @shirl50 I started having this problem on July 10th and put in a help request and I keep getting a runaround with no helpful advice on how to fix it either. There are many others on their forum with the same issue so it is definitely their problem.
  • Slabook, I agree with you about getting no help and just a runaround from them. And I also agree that since others have the same issues, it's definitely their problem, not ours! IF and WHEN this ever gets fixed, I love Pogo Daily Sudoku and wouldn't mind redoing all the puzzles again, AS LONG AS THEY UNLOCK ALL THE DAYS I'VE MISSED!. I'm not paying to get them unlocked when I was playing the games on those days already.
