    Hey there, @bluejoe124.

I'll be happy to help. To start, have you tried the troubleshooting listed earlier in the thread?

  • So am I to understand that since I paid my Pogo membership in full, ( at which time everything played perfectly) you guys changed things and now because my computer doesn't have the needed RAM I'm not only basically just out of luck and can't use Pogo anymore in a truly enjoyable manner. but out the money as well?  Not to mention that Adobe has discontinued their Flash player so how is anyone suppose to use that when Adobe removes it from your computer?

@Player_tj4ujq2k, I'm not an EA employee , just another player trying to answer your comments with some kind of explanation.

    1. It is unfortunate for those of us who have older computers with only 4GB of RAM memory are having problems with the HTML5 HD games now. They do require a lot more RAM memory to play There are only 2 options. Find someone to add more RAM memory chips to one's older computer to bring it up to 8GB or buy a computer with 8GB RAM or more.  You can try to run the HD games with 4GB of RAM, but sometimes there will be problems.

    2. This is a problem because Adobe has refused to continue supporting Flash games and our browsers have decided they will not allow us to go to online game sites that use Flash after December for our protection.  The reason is because Flash is not as secure and safe as it could be when malicious people try to hack into the games. I truly wish Flash would continue online in 2021 and later but that is out of our control. Downloaded flash games should still run after 2020. That won't help at the Pogo site however.
