I am STILL getting a CANASTA error message that says "Unable to Authenticate". There is no way to know for sure that Pogo is even aware of this. Canasta is my main reason for keeping Pogo. SO FRUSTRATING.

I've been playing Pogo games since it was part of AOL (and free) over 20 years ago--a PAYING member since you first demanded it. This year with your "give/take back" jewels episode, your company's been unreliable to say the least. I've bought gift memberships for two members of my family members in the last 10 years but I have not renewed one of them because they think you're just ripping me off.
Not that the person reading this will care (unless you like your job) but I've told my investment team to be sure EA is not in any stock package I buy. You're doomed with NO customer service and I don't want to be a double looser.
