Re: Spades still freezing

Still freezing on spades.  I have a spotless computer and still happens when I attempt to re-enter screen just shows QUIT TO MAIN. and will not let me finish.

    As the thread you replied to was a few years old and regarding the old Flash version of the game, I broke off your post into a new thread to be worked out. 🙂

    To start, let's give some troubleshooting a try. Please run through our HTML5 troubleshooting, particularly the cache clear instructions, and let me know how it goes for you.

    Why does Spades HD freeze up in the middle of a game?  It happens at least once every time I play.  I can still chat, but cards do not light up and I can't play.  I have to go all the way out and come back in to get it to work.

    Hello @llanow2

    Have you tried using a different browser and making sure you have the latest versions?

    It could also be some sort of conflict with any browser extensions you may be using, so try disabling them and reboot your browser and see if that helps.

    Hey there, @Player_kqtoh025.

    To help the team track this down, would you also be able to share your DxDiag report? I can then send it up to the Pogo team as part of the report they're already investigating. Any examples of PCs that are freezing up would help a ton.
