TROUBLE RENEWING POGO ACCOUNT

i am trying to pay for my renewal  u send me something everyday saying there is a problem with paypal  i can purchase gems just fine  went to my account and added another payment mether i am getting ...

    Hey @skun58 

    Are you getting a specific message when attempting to pay for club pogo? 

    Also if you have not we may need to speak with our support, use the following options to create a case. 

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Pogo
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I want to check my order status
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

I am having the exact same issue and who are we supposed to reach out to exactly? I've talked to 2 chat representatives on this very site and they have no answers as to why Paypal isn't working with the site. Even made a video to show what is happening when I try to renew. No personal information is shown.

    Hi @clubpogo2007, To confirm if you speak to community managers or community members here on the forums neither will have information on why your order may be failing.

    You will need to use the steps I shared above to contact our support on our help.ea.com site to take a further look.
