Re: trouble with playing games

You're not the only one having issues loading games.  Solitaire Blitz has not loaded for me for 5 months.   I've reported it MULTIPLE times to Pogo, but nothing has been done.  I have done everything on my side to try to fix it.    It keeps getting stuck on the loading screen.  It does this on my Windows 10 (fully updated) desktop via Chrome/Edge & Firefox.  It also does the same thing via my Windows 10 (fully updated) laptop via Chrome.  It also does it on our other desktop (fully updated windows 10) via chrome. The same thing happens on 4 different Android phones, all of which are fully updated.  Cookies and cache are cleared at least once a week.  I have also rebooted my router and modem 3 times.  On my phones, I even turned off wi-fi and tried playing using data.  It still won't load.  I have lost out on 3 different in-game events and 1 weekly badge.  I have also had several friends try to get the game to load, but the same thing happens.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

On my one desktop I also tried in ingognito mode & NOTHING works. I sent Sconnie several videos via FB messenger. One of my friends got this error when she tried to play via edge: cdn-h5charminar-prod.pogospike.com, in Solitaire Blitz | Free Online...
