- @eitherqx790 Wow, you got six pieces in place! I am impressed! I got just four before it froze up. This is the only game I have had trouble with, and it happened when Jigsaw Hunter was last used for a daily challenge.
mine did the same thing still does and I loved to play the puzzles

Wanted to reach out in regards to this issue, we have shared it with our Games Team, and I wanted to reach out to everyone seeing this issue for further information.
- Does the screen go black or do you get an error message?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- What Device, and Graphics Card are you using?
- Which Web Browsers had this issue, and Which Worked?

I've been having this issue since since Jigsaw went online in HD. I am using Firefox. Game freezes and then computer crashes with a notice that the problem is being monitored. Computer shuts down and no action has ever been taken to correct this error. Cannot play this game without it happening.
Correction! Not a Newbie! And that picture is not my Avatar mini. I have one. Why not use that instead of the one shown with my response? Been with POGO since it started on AOL. Since EA bought POGO the site has deteriorated badly. Not the POGO I used to love to play on. So disappointed.
This came has been crashing with me for the last week or so. I use the EDGE browser. about 5 or six moves then it freezes, screen goes black. I have been a long time member and all my favorite games are gone. Will not be re-upping my membership at this rate.
- @EA_Rtas I tried it on Firefox and it worked. I used edge and it had worked fine up until about a week ago. now in Edge it freezes then crashes.
Funny it shows me a s a newby while I've been a member almost since you started.
Tried using firefox and edge and neither will work on Jigsaw Treasure Hunter. Pieces will not move and after about 5 seconds the screens goes black.
Trying to play Jigsaw Hunter for weeks. Pieces frozen, screen goes black after 5 seconds, no error message. Very frustrating paying when my games won't play!!!! Clean cache, Tried using Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer. Made sure all browsers are updated and still frozen then black screen. Need this resolved ASAP!

I've also been a member since the beginning. First 11 years with a different screen name and the rest of the time with my current name. Completely agree with you. POGO was just fine...even with the graphics. Then comes EA and has deteriorated so badly everything freezes, gives a black screen, etc. Agree again. Pogo was great!!! EA had screwed up a wonderful gaming site. I am disappointed along with you.
Same here, both browsers!!!! EA blows since they took over.

A few things to try. Try using chrome. Make sure you delete your cache in chrome, and make sure it is using hardware acceleration. Start chrome again, and make sure nothing else is running.
Will it play the game now? If not you may not have a good enough video card.

Thank you all for the reports on these issues. Based on the information we received and an investigation into the game. Jigsaw is currently working as intended.
If you are seeing issues, these may be momentary issues and I would recommend checking out some of the troubleshooting we have below.
