I would like to report a rude and disrespectful player. Any tips?

this has happened more than once
you can wait and wait and wait but she wont play and is not booted
her account should be terminated
I honestly dont know why they tell you to report... it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have reported a player that continually harasses me and cheats by glitching the timer in Canasta literally over two dozen times. He still harasses me on a consistent basis ( at least every other day) and continues to glitch the timer. This combined with the fact that you are unable to control who joins the game makes the POGO experience just TERRIBLE compared to what it used to be. The more time goes on...the more i HATE Pogo. Getting close to not renewning my membership as hundreds of thousands of others have chosen to do.
Also...why do they bother with surveys? they never listen. what a sad website theyve turned pogo into.
Candiekisses1968 keeps stalling when it's her turn to play. I tried stalling myself so she could see what she's doing and then she accused me of stalling. After I finally got her in the chat room to ask why she was taking so long to play she got rude. Is there a way to block certain players so you don't have to play with them?
Links to report a player do not work. at least for me. just an endless loop of help pages. spades is full of immature * that ruin games on purpose or cheat by stalling. EA has been NO help in resolving this issue for years! Its the same people over & over again.
