Thank you for all the reports. This is an issue the developers have identified and they're currently investigating.
I'll update this thread when I have more news, thanks for hanging in there!
How about some action on this issue, or at least an update? It's still going on. This morning (May 4th), May 1st remained unlocked but the 2nd and 3rd re-locked.

Hey folks, sorry that there's not been an update on this issue. The game team are fully aware and are looking into it. Thanks for hanging in there with us, we'll try and get an update for you as soon as we have it.

Mine is April 20th to today May 5th and still nothing.

This has been happening to me too. Thought it was something I was doing wrong so happy to know that it is a game and site problem. Almost all of April has gotten locked up. Days in May and I am wasting keys unlocking them. Hope this gets resolved soon

Tomorrow will be three weeks since this started happening. It is bordering on incompetence in my opinion.
EA designs these games for us to play. So you should be able to fix them easily. This is someone's main job,
to maintain the games to work. Since Pogo started changing to the New Pogo, which very few of us old timers
like, things seem to be falling apart faster than we are.
Again in my opinion, make the days to open automatically and be done with it. or give us an unlimited
amount of keys. Or better yet, FIX it.

This makes it 7 out of 8 days that I been relocked. I bet pogo won't even reimburse us for keys of days lost because of this. It all started when they took the old pogo set out

When are we going to get a reply on this. I heard now you need to play the game. Fine if so. But we should all been told on. Some of us are older and can not pay for all those keys. At least un lock april and may. And if we have to play daily fine. But give a heads up. Fix this up to at least the 3 rd week of may . Come on. Pogo is really getting to be too much. I have been on since the beginning but if this continue will leave too like the rest. Come on and work with us. Please have mercy on us.
This is still happening. Not right. We should not be charged for keys in the first place. and if something has changed. At least give us a heads up on. Just not right. Give us un lock from April to May. Pogo this is becoming too much. I have been here since the beginning. Many are leaving. I don't really want to leave. But you are placing me in a place that i might have too. Money wise. Come on have mercy on us.

Hey everyone, the team is making progress on a fix for this but we're not quite there yet.
We don't have an ETA for you I'm afraid, but we'll let you know as soon as we hear anything.

well I'm experiencing the same problem with days not staying unlocked but now I go back to the month of April and I see half of the stars missing also. My badge count has taken a hit once again. I no longer complain about my missing badges because you ask me what badges are missing and I have well over 8000 badges. How am I suppose to know what badges are missing????? Do you write down every badge you have ever gotten and then when 50 go missing compare them to your list to figure it out? I had no idea when I signed up 12 or 13 years ago I would have to keep a written list of every badge I won. This is so childish. Every time you add something to this game my badges go missing and I have to do them again, in the hope that I might get all of them back, just to have it done all over again a couple of months down the road. I know better programing could solve this problem. Why do we have to post these problems in two different areas for you all to look into it. I do not have the time for this silliness any more..........
