Hello, Playing Story Quest love this game I have to say. I purchased Frankenstein. All episodes. I get to number 2 episodes it lets me play until 4/5 and it freezes. I can do anything what gives??? PeggyJoan1 I play in POGO. Reply [CM - updated title for better visibility]

For everyone having an issue with Story Quest freezing can you try checking for updates with your browser and device, and going through our HTML5 guide if you continue running into issues?

If those steps do not help, can you let us know the following bits of information:

Which browser you're using?

Which device you're using?

All episodes you're having issues with.

I bought # 3 in story quest when i went t0 finish playing it it says Continue episode but won,t move. stuck there.

Im playing on PC on Chrome. But also tried a different browser no difference. Im stuck on an Beauty and the Beast Episode 3 stuck between 4/5 which I purchased yesterday. Please help~

@EA_Illium Hello! Thanks for writing back, I've attempted the following steps and are still seeing issues with the game episode loading.

- Attempted on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers.
- Attempted on two Windows laptops (MSI Gaming and Thinkpad W530) and a Windows Desktop.
- We cleared cache, cookies, and relogged in. Also rebooted however this doesn't seem to be a local/client issue. It appears to be a server issue.

Episodes: Beauty and the Beast Episode 3.
(If we click on the plus button next to the episode, the play buttons are all greyed out, it says "OWNED" next to the episode title however)
Clicking "Continue Episode" results in a loading bar that completes but never moves past the screen.

I've called EA support and they told me they were pushing a ticket to the game technical support team but I am less than convinced I will receive a timely reply from them. This appears to be some sort of issue with the purchasing server from certain accounts? (This episode was purchased during the sale on pogo.com however the play buttons are greyed out)

thank you I also feel the same. That is why I havent purchased anymore episodes until this is fixed.

While playing Story Quest - I am on the Great Expectations episode - while playing the second chapter the fourth episode will not load. "Loading" pops up and freezes.

@katsstray Third episode of Beauty and the Beast, fifth chapter I'm getting locked up as well.

I am having the same problem with Story Quest. 4/5 episodes freeze also.
