Scrabble Game Stops Game Play

Scrabble game bots just stop any old time.  Play once maybe 4 times and just quit. Anyone else experiencing this problem.  How does one fix it.  Can't refresh have to quit and start over, with it happening way too often.  All my card games seem very slow.  Never had this problem before.
