Secret Gardens: Keys and Progress

I have been playing Secret Word Gardens. I am happy that I am at Level 13 now. But there has been a problem. When I finish a game, I click on Play and my ink goes so I can start, but then the screen goes grey and then white with a icon on the top left corner. The icon looks like a sad square face.  This also happens when I click Return and the screen looks blurry all the time for a second then does the same thing I mentioned. This does not happen all the time, but does happen more than once. I don't know if I loose ink when this happens.  Does this happened to anyone else?  I hope there can be a fix to this.

Hello and Welcome to EA Pogo Forums! You are off to a great start, that is a fantastic seed and fertilization collection! Keys will appear randomly through completing levels; and we will automatically move on to the next garden.

You mentioned that your first garden shows 100% complete, when you click on the Story Book in the right-hand corner and use the arrow key to move the pages with does your next garden display - Return, View or display a lock symbol? Once a garden is complete the next one should automatically open!

I can turn the page to English Walled Garden but it says Garden Locked and its gray.

I am on level 15 on the Prologue for Secret Word garden and can seem to get to chapter 1. I am 100% done with the prologue but the game is not giving me the key to get to chapter 1. I cleaned my internet stuff but nothing. Help please.

Hello! To earn a key and unlock the next chapter, you'll need to continue playing levels and growing your garden. Once the required progression milestones have been reached, a key will automatically appear and allow us to advance to the next chapter.

It seems there are some real bugs in this game! I am at level 15, rank 23 with 6389 seeds and 124 fertiliser. I have played 226 games and won all of them! I have also played all the crosswords and won all of them. I've done all the pots and planted all the flowers. One of the 3 regular pots has a cover on it and a lock. I am still stuck in the album on Prologue. How do you get into the next garden? Very frustrating! I don't want to keep playing as it is getting boring but I do like the game! Thanks
