showing that I am Club Pogo member but still asking me to join

What the heck is going on! It shows I am a member of club pogo but it says I need to join the club and is showing all the ads. This is messed up! Please fix I have been a member of club pogo for many years. When I try to join it says server error. I should not have to rejoin something I all ready have paid for. Please fix.

In this case, I would reach out to EA Help to see if one of our game advisors can verify your active membership and help you get back into the Club side of things.

Go to https://help.ea.com

Click "Contact Us"

Select Pogo from the game list

Select PC or Mac

Select Manage my account > Manage memberships

Click Select contact option

I've tried everything the say to do but it like going around in circles. If I want to cancel I have to finish out the time left on my membership. They want my money without letting me play.

Have you been able to cancel your subscription in the meantime? If so, maybe this EA Help article will have some useful information. Should that still not help, please contact EA Help so that an agent can check your account.

@flightjzX While I understand that it may be frustrating, it is common practice with many services that you play out the remaining time left on your subscription when you cancel.

If you are unable to play because you cannot log into your account, I would also recommend that you reach out to EA Help via chat or callback.

Can you please make sure that you are trying to log in with the correct details - maybe this EA Help article can help you with that.

If you are using the correct details but are still not able to sign in, I'd recommend reaching out to EA Help so that someone can check your account for you. Please make sure that you use the live chat or callback option.

I like to play World class solitaire HD. For over a week now I can't get it, does not open, it is not even on the list of the Solitaire card games. I am a Club member for many years before of all this new fancy Pogo. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP

same here - when do you anticipate it will be fix - member for a long time - still cannot sign in as a member -
