Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Restart the GPU for Windows users: You can restart your GPU by pressing the Windows Icon + Ctrl + Shift + B on your keyboard. This will restart the graphics driver and might resolve the issue.
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.

The typical lifespan of a computer is approximately 3 to 5 years, it is suggested by the manufactures to replace our devices not only to keep up with technological advancements but also to maintain security.
Adjust Your Monitor Refresh Rate: Lower your monitors refresh rate to 60Hz.
Right-click the desktop screen and go to: Display Settings > Advanced Display > Refresh Rate > 60 Hz.
Disable GPU Hardware Acceleration: Right-click the desktop screen and go to: Display Settings > Graphics > Change default settings and turn off hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
Pogo App: If you have installed the Pogo app on your devices, log out of Pogo remove the app and try reinstalling it and log back in. I personally do not have the app installed on my laptop, so it is possible to play with or without the app.
Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. If possible while on a gaming site, have only the gaming sites webpage open.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or slow to load. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.

I have done all the trouble shooting you have advised and it still is doing it choppy and slow and also Merge is not downloading and neither is the jigsaw hunter game

The troubleshooting steps given are common suggestions given on a gaming site to help mainly with memory, graphics, browser issues and updates. If these steps did not resolve the problem, there could be something else causing your device to act this way.
