From the screenshot it looks like you're playing on an Ipad is that correct? Are you also playing on an Ipad Motherhen201kM ?

I also am having the exact same issue with solitaire Home Story as well as Jewel Academy for several months. Please help!!
Yup. Same two for me, but I’ve given up on complaining about Jewel Academy, which doesn’t load properly - hear the music, but the game isn’t visible). Plus it doesn’t show up as often as Home Story.
I’m on either a MacBook or an iPhone - both up to date software and both with cleared caches. Sometimes it works but most times it crashes. Last night only crashed a couple times and reloaded, today I can’t play at all.
Yes. Playing on an iPad. Have also attempted to play on my iPhone (thinking the problem was possibly on my iPad) with the same issue occurring. The problem continues to exist to this date.
