From the screenshot it looks like you're playing on an Ipad is that correct? Are you also playing on an Ipad Motherhen201kM ?

I also am having the exact same issue with solitaire Home Story as well as Jewel Academy for several months. Please help!!
Yup. Same two for me, but I’ve given up on complaining about Jewel Academy, which doesn’t load properly - hear the music, but the game isn’t visible). Plus it doesn’t show up as often as Home Story.
