Okay, I apologize. You sounded authoritative, and I made an assumption. Thank you for responding, and I'm sorry this isn't working out.

Here on EA Answers HQ Forums, you can find players trying to assist other players. Official delegates will always have an EA or Pogo in their names.
Our EA Community Manger for the Pogo Community also monitors situations and postings and may step in as well.

I appreciate your trying to help, and this is not your fault. I don't think I will be renewing my membership though. It is far too difficult to get help.
