For the past few days every time I come back to a session. My stars from me previous session have disappeared. The game itself maintains the spot where I left off. But this frustrating as the story cannot progress.

Just an FYI - We do not manually downland games on the Pogo platform. So, there is no way for us to install or reinstall a game.
There unfortunately is not a support team or volunteers helping for a particular game in our community right now, that would be very, very cool though. We have 63 games on the site - So, we pretty much randomly help each other, its hit or miss.
Home Story has been deemed as "Actively Under Investigation" by the Pogo Community Manager. See service announcement here > Solitaire Home Story Stars
I just wanted to clarify so if Mark or any other player that may read this doesn't try to look for the Home Solitaire Story file on their device for a fix.
