- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?

Has anyone gotten an update as to how why and when we are going to get our Season Pass we paid for back I have contacted them and nothing this has been like a week and nothing has changed for me

Thanks so much has ANYONE gotten them to actually help? Its been 3 weeks and nothing, I have been on chat with them at least 5 times, they swear they are working on it but I no longer believe them.
