Solitaire Home Story: Season Pass working for me but not my Mom?

I was able to purchase the Season Pass for 250 gems yesterday after the glitch that was originally saying it was 2.99 was presumably fixed. The lady said she's going to work for the North Pole and she's dressed as an elf, and it says there's 25 days left for the event. That's all working fine for me.

On my mother's account (louise82560) however, it STILL says it's $2.99 for the season pass, she can't purchase it, so it's still glitched. The lady is dressed in her old outfit, not as an elf, etc.

We can't figure out if EVERYONE had the season pass glitch fixed and it's available to buy for 250 gems and it's just my mother's account that is still glitched for some reason? Is anyone else not able to buy the season pass for 250 gems like her, or is it just her?

I've tried posting this on the Pogo forums, she's posted herself there as well, have tried asking in the game chat and everyone there says they can buy the season pass for 250 gems. So we're worried her account is just glitched?
