Solitaire Home Story is frozen at level 47. Instructions say "Tap to Continue", but tapping does nothing. Tried all the "fixes", but still cannot access this game.

WHEN is the issue with a frozen screen going to be fixed? It's been a month for me without any solution and yet, it seems to be a favorite game to add to challenges. WHY????

Me too... now I'm at 100% and cant get another room to load.. very aggravating.

I have done everything suggested- cleared cache/history, restarted computer. I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 working on Chrome (utd).
I gave up trying on Firefox (utd), and game still doesn't go past "tap here".

I have also did all the "fixes" I ran on three different platforms and tried on my mobile. It started after I purchased the event. I can play a game or two now and then but with waiting for at least ten min. I tried getting help on forums but that didn't help. I went to EA and that was quite useless. At this point I feel taken advantage of, since there were issues before my purchase and Pogo ignored it. I would be satisfied to get my half year subscription back and go.

I posted this same issue over a week ago.... frozen at tap to continue.... tried all the fixes.... same issue when launching from my cell phone.

I too have this problem, but have found that if i change the size of my window to make it much shorter and wider that it allows me to click the other areas such as daily spin, start a new level, shop, etc. Once I get another thing on the screen it allows me to proceed, but have found that I constantly need to change the resolution back and forth to keep playing.

I was SO hopeful your solution worked! I was able to complete 1 level and them I was stuck at "tap to continue". You gave more help than Pogo/EA has been able to give in months!

Hello,
I am stuck at level 383. When I win a game it gives me the tokens but will not advance me to the next level or award the stars.
I have deleted browsing history, cleaned the cache, and restarted the computer.
It's very frustrating as I purchased addiitional jokers and this did not help.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Once again POGO has created a challenge for this game and several of us cannot play it because our bugs have not been fixed!!! Where is the communication between EA and POGO developers? Stop offering challenges that paid members cannot participate in. EA or whomever is responsible, when are you going to take these issues seriously and fix what some have reported well over a month ago.? This is unacceptable!!!
