Solitaire Home Story

I did a free trial on my old email and was able to get the season pass for a deal and compete it in 4 days! However my regular account has not loaded correctly since the summer pass except for two weeks in October before the Halloween pass. I opted not to keep the trial subscription because I would lose all my standings in the other games. I won't be renewing in February either because with this game being in all the event challenges and many daily and weekly challenges it's just too frustrating to be left out. I really wish you could reset the game because I think it would get rid of the BUG in this game. I know as long as most people spend $$ on this game the rest of us that can't play don't matter.

I have had this same issue for over a month on home solitary game and I have gotten no replies to fix the problem and it's very frustrating I have been a member for a very long time without any issues and the first time I get one I get no replies on helping with it.I have cleared cookies uninstalled pogo I have shut down and reloaded and nothing has worked so pogo please fix this before I just terminate my subscription completely my screen name is missy called so you can go into site and fix.thank you.

This issue has persisted since August 2024 and still no solutions, or progress other than "we're investigating". Multiple challenges are offered for this game knowing that several users cannot play the game to a level to complete the challenges. I'm very disappointed at EA's lack of customer concern. There was a brief solution with a screen size change that allowed the game to be played, but that changed in November and now the screen size change only allows the player to complete one game and then the resize no longer helps until the next day when the daily prize seems to reset the screen and allow for one more play. I have stated before that is it not a computer issue as other users can login to the same computer and play fine and when I login using a different device the problem follows.

why in the world do we have 4 solitary home games today. please stop putting this game on almost every day, too hard to finish

I don't have a reply, however I have the same proglem, Solitaire Home Story has quit loading.  I've done all the things suggested and still having th eproblem

When I tried to play Solitaire Home Story, it just kept looping the same screen over and over again.  🔁 It will not allow me to play the game!!

Playing on my iPad, it’s impossible for me to load this game. All challenges CAN NOT be done. Hope you can resolve this
