Solitaire Home Story/Merge Academy

I am having the same problem with Solitaire Home Story and Merge Academy. Neither will load, don't even try to. A face appears on the screen. I also tried clearing the cache to no avail. The issue has lasted for several weeks with Solitaire Home Story and just recently with Merge Academy. I am using a Samsung tablet. Both games will load on my cell phone, but I want to play them on the bigger screen.

    Hello! Tablets sometimes have less RAM or slower processors than phones, especially if they’re older models, which in today's technology can mean a year or two old, lol. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    • Use a different browser on your tablet.
    • Enable desktop mode in your browser settings—some games load better this way.
    • Update your tablet’s OS and browser to the latest version.
    • Close all other apps If other apps are running in the background, they may be using resources your tablet needs to load the game.
