why is it taking so long to fix this problem. We now are getting people comong out of the wood works with the same problem and all have sent you the info to fix it. This is becoming just a joke. Customer service to fix the problem is a joke. It has all started from 1 thing. we have all bought the 150 gem package. FIX IT!!!!
or at least I want my 150 gems back, and I will never play the stupid game again. However, I have lost out on two challenges now because of this mess, and I am very irritated. I have been a member for almost twenty decades, and this is the worst experience I have ever had!
