Hello! Sorry to hear about your game crashing and going back to the home screen. This is maybe a sign of your device's memory (RAM) getting overwhelmed.
To prevent this from happening again, you may want to:
- Close all other apps before launching the game.
- Restart your tablet right before playing—fresh memory slate!
- Turn off notifications and background processes
- Turn off auto-sync: Temporarily disabling sync for apps like email or cloud services can reduce memory usage.
- Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout, freeze and exit abruptly. System requirements to play Pogo games
