Spades and Gin in POGO not working correctly

I have 2 games that are working incorrectly on Pogo that I play on a laptop.  I have cleared my cache.  I have tried 3 browsers, Chrome, Mozilla and Edge. 

I have contacted Pogo and spoke with someone who did nothing except conflicting info on browsers that another customer service told me.  One told me Pogo only uses Mozilla and the customer service rep I recently spoke with said Pogo only uses chrome.  I have signed out of my account and then signed back in.  I know of nothing else to be done.

Spades has not been working correctly for several weeks.....I have no chat so there is no rankings which is part of the fun in competing with others.

Gin started malfunctioning a few days ago.  The Gin game will not let me knock...I can only gin.  I have asked other players and they do not have this problem.

What is to be done to my account to have POGO working correctly. 

I have had a paid membership for years - 10+ but I am about to cancel due to so many issues with the games.
