Stack em will not load on Android

I have a galaxy s10+ and have never had trouble playing games from pogo until about 1 month ago. My favored game Stack Em starts to load gets to 98% and won't fully load. Can you please help me fix ...

@jkskdltG Can you try going through our HTML5 guide and seeing if this continues?

Also since you play from a phone do you run chrome in the mobile version or have it set to run the desktop version?
