Suspension Overreach
My friend just got a 7-day suspension for the following crime.:
(We consider this to be Inappropriate Content - References to children.)
The inappropriate content was " Lol lily" with lily being a nickname of another player. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!???
These suspensions are on paid time and can be construed as theft. People are banned for no good reason and you steal their gems. Is Pogo trying to demolish their service? Because that is where you are headed.

With that said, if there are any concerns over a ban or suspension in any of our games, the account holder will need to file an appeal. While concerns for someone else are much appreciated, this cannot be done by anyone but the account holder for the affected account.
