Thank you for letting us know about what your experiencing in Sweet Tooth, try going through the following steps to see if we can help the game load normally on your device.
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
If you continue running into issues, please share the following information and we can pass this along to our team.
- Are you getting stuck on Level 6 of the Queen Challenge?
- Please Let us Know what device and browser your using
- share a Screenshot or video clip of the freeze
- DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device

Me too. PC Edge, Sure you have enough screen shots. Why are you ignoring this problem. Have done all you've asked. Got lucky by using my paid for boosters. Everyone I know having this problem. Please fix!
