    I'm sorry to hear you're getting messages that you're losing connection. Let's see if we can figure out what's going on there.

    To start, let's try our connectivity troubleshooting. It will help narrow down where the break is happening. It may not be on your side, or on our side, but something in between and the troubleshooting can help pinpoint that. Please let me know how it goes for you.

When i am playing Canasta or Sweet tooth or any other game. in middle of playing it makes me restart or Quit?? WHAT the heck is going on! THIS BETTER STOP ! Next renewal i will be cancelling if you dont fix these bugs. i dont pay high prices to pogo to play games to be aggravated and lose games because you are forcing me to restart and cant finsih the game ON EVERY TIME! In Sweet tooth you have the mayor house event and i cant do that because it makes me restart and lose the game and start over .. and the same for the snowbird solitaire! i lsoe the progress for my game and also when doing the event, this happens in every game and happening to other people! FIX THIS OR YOU LOSE ANOTHER LOYAL CUSTOMER
