Sweet Tooth Town Keeps Freezing Level 5 Special Event

Sweet Tooth Town keeps freezing on level 5 of the special event.  Don't try to tell me to clear out my cookies, restart my computer, etc.  Your canned response to every issue.  These don't work and besides I already did it recently for another issue I reported.  You make it so difficult to get help these days.

    Look what randomly popped up in my collection today!!!

    The badge for this event was awarded, I assume because of the glitch we endured... YES!

    There is 100% a glitch.

    My game froze at the same spot. Everything is moving, but I can't click on anything.

    I also managed to earn a badge today by playing the game in different areas, though not in the event mentioned above.
