Tri-peaks solitaire - unable to play

I'd like to look into this for you. What happens when you try to play Tri-Peaks Solitaire? Is the game failing to load, or are you experiencing issues with clicking cards?

the game loads but then I hit the play bar & it turnes gray & does nothing. My case #385495

Unfortunately that case number isn't pulling anything up in our system. Case numbers for EA Help should be 8 digits long. That said, I'm still certainly willing to help to track this down.

First off, can you share your System Information from your Pogo Compatibility Tool? This will be the section with operating system, browser version and more. This will help a ton.

Hey there, @brandy380. I'm just checking in. Are you still having difficulty getting Tri-Peaks Solitaire HD to play? If it still won't run for you, were you able to get your compatibility tool information?
