Tri-peaks solitaire - unable to play

I can not play Tri-peaks solitaire Why? [CM edit - Updated title for clarity]

    While I can't give detailed troubleshooting as I wasn't able to get your Pogo Compatibility Tool information, I would like for you to try our HTML5 troubleshooting. Please run through that and let me know how it goes for you.

Hey there, @brandy380. I'm just checking in. Are you still having difficulty getting Tri-Peaks Solitaire HD to play? If it still won't run for you, were you able to get your compatibility tool information?
