Merge Academy

My Merge Academy won't load at all. It just stays on the loading page doing nothing. This is getting ridiculous. I keep trying, but nothing happens. I've rebooted PC and refreshed page many times to get absolutely nothing.

Hello! Sorry to hear about your loading issues in Merge Academy, I understand how frustrating that can be. I double checked the game on my end, and it did load and play as designed. 

Please take a moment to try the following troubleshooting steps:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: This should be done anytime we experience issues on a browser-based gaming site. Going a step further and deep cleaning your devices weekly also helps.

Why cache clearing helps with browser games:

• Your browser is still using old, stored files from previous visits
• Pogo's servers are sending new, updated information
• These don't match up, causing loading conflicts

Browser Updates: It's always a good idea to check to see if it needs updating - These updates can change how browsers handle the game and features.

Because you mentioned different colored screens this could also be an outdated graphics driver or a few other causes. I recently created a few guides for players that explains in great detail:

Am having the same issue for multiple days. It's so frustrating!

I have tried the trouble shooting suggested but am still getting this when I try to open the game.

I also can't get the Merge Academy to load what is going on?

I keep getting your progress cannot be saved, either reload game or log out.  This has been going on for 2 days.

Hello! Sorry to hear Merge Academy is not loading for you, They recently added the Treasure Trove Event again, please make sure you are following the troubleshooting steps of:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies - Old data can conflict with game updates 
• Check that your  browser and system have the latest updates and patches.
• Additional troubleshooting steps

When Pogo updates a game, your browser may still try to load old cached files or expired cookies stored on your device. Because Pogo is a browser‑based gaming site, these outdated files can conflict with the new game version.

When that happens, our devices may treat the mismatch as suspicious activity and block the game from loading. Clearing your cache and cookies removes the expired data so the updated game can load correctly.

I did all of this and it is still saying progress cannot be saved, do you want to try again.
