tri peaks solitaire cards are black

game loads but all the cards are a black blob. Rebooted and tried several times to reload and still the same result.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

    @EA_Illium over the past 2 days i have the same issue and never has this happened before...ive been playing for years....i have tried all solutions above and not have helped

      is this being looked into its now 4 days of black cards....this has always been my fav game to relax and chill  so not being able to play it anymore is frustrating

      please advise if there is any solution to this
