Never used to be a problem, but now having problem getting into a "single player" game. If I click on "single player" than "Proceed", it just goes to the loading screen and spins there. Won't get into the games. This started happening last week, I believe.I usually just play the "daily 9" so hadn't gone into single player for a few weeks. I've tried this on two different computers, and in two different browsers (Firefox & Edge) -- it's the same "Loading" freeze, if you try to get into single player game.Anyone else have this issue? And is there a solution?

I'm happy to send this info to you.... but when I got on to Pogo this morning, and tried "single player" in Trivial Pursuit, it worked! And it worked on two different computers. I don't know if it was "fixed" during your regular Tuesday morning maintenance that Pogo/E does, but all is well now. Thank you for looking into this for me. I can still send you dx info if you'd like, but I think it's kind of a moot point now.

Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?



Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

I've tried on several computers (all three using Win 10), and at 2 different locations. I also tried on both Firefox and Edge browser on each computer. Tried it on my iPad too. Same loading issue.
Works fine for loading both Daily 9 and Mult-player. Just is stalled on "loading screen" on Single Player.

i have this issue too using Edge. Worked this morning not loading now. Wont let me play anything else till this one finished well and truly stuck. If I cleaar gstory it affects all my banking too.
