Trizzle Graphic Issues on new laptop

Question

I got a new Dell XPS and now Trizzle won't run properly. I've dealt with it on daily challenges but it's impossible on event challenges. I have tried the following:

Cleared cache/browsing history
Restarted and relaunched Chrome
Tried multiple browsers
Restarted computer/checked for updates
Changed graphic settings - if I have it on, it won't load past the first move; if I toggle it off, it moves in super slow motion

This is super frustrating since it seems to be the only game I've found that is effected.

I have same issue with trizzle and solitaire home story, cant finish daily or event games.&nbsp; i have been a member 21 yrs and this is a crock of crap.&nbsp; can only get the ai which is constantly telling me it doesnt understand my question.&nbsp; what happened to caring about your customers

I have 2 computers, and several browsers, and when I start it, it locks up after the first move, and I can't do anything,

FINALLY got an answer. I went on chat and got this answer and it worked!

The most effective fix is to reduce your monitor’s refresh rate to 60 Hz or even lower (some users found 48 Hz works best). To do this: Right-click your desktop and select Display Settings. Scroll down to Advanced Display Settings. Find Refresh Rate and set it to 60 Hz (or the lowest available, such as 48 Hz). After playing Trizzle, you can revert to your previous refresh rate for better general performance.
