Trizzle not giving credit for 3 or more chain reactions

I received this message from Pogo that I didn't have when I logged in, but states it was sent 3 hours prior to when I got it. 🤷‍♀️

I'm having the same issue. I've even tried different browsers and my iPad. I've been trying all day & still can't get any credit on this challenge.

I Have figured out what POGO Trizzle wants from us....

The first match DOES NOT count as one of the 3 chain reactions.   So you must match 3 (double matches do not count for anything either) and then Three more matches happen after.  That equals 1 of the 40 needed for badge.  I then just start the game over, because it usually only happens at the beginning of a game. Hope this helps you out.
